CJ Marshall founded Marshall Investment Holdings to serve as a permanent capital platform — built on the discipline of military leadership, the rigor of enterprise sales, and a long-term orientation toward ownership.
CJ is a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief and Enterprise Account Executive at Siemens, where he was ranked #1 Electrical Salesperson in the Pacific Zone in both 2024 and 2025 — delivering $14.7M in booked revenue and $20M+ pending across aerospace and mission-critical accounts, including sole national lead for Boeing Electrical Services. As Senior Chief he led a 137-person engineering department aboard a U.S. Navy guided-missile destroyer and served as Acting Command Master Chief for the full 360-person crew.
“Once alerted to the situation, the officers and crew of USS Hue City fought the fire ably and professionally, displaying tenacity, teamwork and dedication.”
As a Gas Turbine Systems Technician aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Hue City, CJ was one of six sailors awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for fighting an at-sea fire that spread across five decks. The crew contained the blaze in just over an hour with no injuries — recognized by Fleet Forces Command for “quick reaction and effective firefighting.” Navy Times coverage →
